Experienced and Caring Veterinary Team

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Really great bedside manners from the vets across 2 visits, and the staff are really nice and professional. There was also good follow-up communications from the clinic.” – K.H. Siew

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “The level of care and attention to detail is reassuring, impressive and heart-warming. The staff have also seamlessly helped alleviate and manage my own anxieties and stress as pet owner with a sick pet.” – Michelle B.

We are more than just pet lovers. Each one of us chose this career not just to help pets and pet owners in times of need. We also hope to close the gap in knowledge regarding the animals in our care and those in the wild, by sharing our experiences and giving professional advice.

Is Gaia Vets a full-service veterinary clinic?

We are truly a one-stop vet clinic in the heartland, fully-equipped with advanced diagnostic tools such as x-ray, CT-scan, ultrasound and fluoroscopy capabilities.

Although we have fixed vet consultation hours for appointments or walk-ins, our animal hospital is well-equipped to handle emergency cases and our team is on standby to provide round-the-clock dedicated care for critically ill or injured pets.

Our consultation hours for walk-ins and appointments are:

Mondays - Fridays: 10am - 10pm

Saturdays: 9am - 9pm

Sundays: 9am - 12.30pm; 1.30pm - 5pm

How is Gaia Vets different from other vets in Singapore?

We recognise that pet owners play an important role in keeping pets healthy and believe that high-quality pet care is made possible only with the combined efforts of pet owners and vets.

That is why our vets are trained to diagnose, assess and treat every pet as individual cases based on their unique medical history and home environment.

Does Gaia Vets see all types of pets?

Yes, we do. Our highly trained team of vets, vet techs and nurses routinely treat and handle exotic pets such as birds, terrapins, gerbils, hamsters and more!

Our team also consists of avid exotic pet owners, which means we have years of personal experience caring for pets of different species, big and small. This means we can provide plenty of advice suited to pet owners in Singapore, especially for first-time pet owners.

Does Gaia Vets provide regular health-checks for pets?

Yes we do! Prevention is better than cure and we highly encourage pet owners to bring your pets (big or small) to our vet clinic for annual health check-ups. Call us at 6950 4533 or leave us a message on Facebook/Instagram if you need more information.

How do I reach Gaia Vets?

We are located at 5 Opal Crescent, Singapore 328400 in the Potong Pasir/Serangoon area. You can book an appointment with us at 6950 4533.

Can I book an online vet consultation for my pet?

Although Gaia Vets provides online consultation services, we always encourage pet owners to bring your pets in person for a physical examination instead.

We also recommend that primary caretakers come in person so our vets can have a better understanding of your pet’s habits and behaviour.

If you have a skittish or extremely shy pet and have difficulty bringing it out of the home, you may call ahead of time to book a house-call with one of our vets. Do note that house-calls are subject to our vets’ availability.
